Cabin Game

Introduction

Cabin game is a psychological horror puzzle game where a middle aged man living in a boathouse by alake far away from society. Set in the 1940s during WWII. Inside the boathousethere’s a radio used for contacting the outside world and to listen to thenews. Suddenly the generator in the boathouse breaks and this particulargenerator runs on firewood. So the player need to go into the nearby woods andgather firewood. During the trek in the woods the playerwill hear noises, footsteps. Once back, the truck is leaking gasolineand the player can faintly hear static coming from the radio. What is going on?

I wanted the aesthetic to be like an old school Playstation 1 game. Most textures came from free packages from the Unity assets store. I took tree textures from a person named 'Elegantcrow' on itch.io and youtube. Link to their itch page -> https://elegantcrow.itch.io/psx-retro-style-tree-pack

The map and blockout
